I am very interested in computer or electronic engineering. I am still very young and have plenty of time to learn. I am pretty good with computers and I know basic HTML and some Python. If someone could tell me how to improve in "computer languages" and tell me how to achieve my goal of becoming one it would be much appreciated. Also, who makes more? Thanks everyone in advance.

Most engineers are poor communicators, so you’re off to a good start. You say you want to be a computer language?
You might be surprised how little actual programming a Comp E or an electronics E does. Programming is usually left to technicians and programmers. Maybe you want to be a programmer instead (doesn’t pay as well, but if that’s what you like…)
Engineers are starting out, right out of college, at $60,000 US (I assume you are an American) or more per year. The rule of thumb is that you can expect to double that (accounting for inflation) at retirement. The specific degree doesn’t matter all that much – your personality and communications skills will have a bigger impact.
